The documents listed below contain the established vendor lists for which PIAA solicits goods and/or services. PIAA Board of Director policy concerning the RFQ process may be accessed in the Policies and Procedures section of the PIAA Handbook.

NOTE: Additions and/or deletions to these lists are an ongoing process. Any interested parties contacting PIAA via office visit, US mail, telephone, e-mail, etc. are immediately added to the list for the next RFQ release. Deletions from a list may only occur if a vendor responds to RFQ follow-up questionnaires as not interested in receiving future RFQs.
